If you can get outside, here's a killer Tabata workout, done in 20minutes flat. Tabata workouts are a type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds each, with 10 seconds rest between rounds, and 1 minute of rest between each set.
